Great service great food not overpriced

No masks on employees during Covid-19 plus a legit party today with tons of patrons! Lost my business!

So disappointed since this is one of our “go to” places. Service was slow but at first we didn’t mind. Our Apps finally arrived. French onion soup was delicious. Baked clams were raw. Both sandwiches called for red roasted peppers. Apparently they ran out so waitress delivered order - one with no peppers, one with green peppers? Never came back to ask if it was ok. Her excuse was the cook never told me we were out. No apology. Ordered onion rings, never received them. Again the waitress just shrugged it off and said she forgot.. still no apology. Only got one drink in 2 hours. Waitress was very unattentive and major attitude when I mentioned we could have used a drink with our dinner. Will be a while before we go back there .. if ever.

My family and I ate at Tips on Friday afternoon and it was great!! The food was good and the service was Awesome! Jen and Jackie we're very accommodating and offered great service. We've had a couple of events there in the past and we couldn't have been happier. Kathy is great, met all of our needs! We plan on having another event there very soon. Fabulous neighborhood place..highly recommend!!

Food was good, but not alot

Great service, friendly atmosphere and the artist that was singing and playing guitar was phenomenal. .... she did a great job!.

Great staff, reasonably priced menu, close to where I live, and expansive libation selection.

The clams, sandwiches, and drinks are all top notch at this locals spot. Feels like one big family who likes to laugh and drink.

Great food and fast service

I wish I could give this place zero stars. One person in the kitchen. Only 2 servers that were covering the entire table area even outside. Food was ice cold and greasy. Server never the order in for the appetizer and had it on a rush when we got the check. Never ever again!!

What a great restaurant! Everyone was playing bingo when we walked in the door. A really casual and friendly atmosphere. Standard Bar & Diner food. Wonderful staff.

I love the staff here - bartenders are great and quick and the food is really good too. The best thing about the spot is the outdoor section.

I use to go here when it was the quarry inn And I drank. Food was good service was friendly, and she had waitress duty as well. My wife had a corona and 2 shots of BlackBerry and chicken fingers. I had a cheese steak and fake coke. (Diet)37$ not badWe will go back.

Great neighborhood bar good food and friendly atmosphere

The food is regularly fresh and tasty, cashiers provides excellent customer service. I love how neat it is and ambience. Would recommend to others.

It was a great breeze out and pretty chill as you can so. Cheap drinks too. This was about 10pm Thursday night.

We were out for a walk on this beautiful day and saw that Tips was poppin and had outdoor seating (we had two dogs and a baby and are used to manyunk life) so we figured we’d finally get to try..... we sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for service after going inside twice to ask if we can sit out there and if any one can help us.... nobody ever came so we left without food and disappointment.

Best Roast Pork and broccoli rabe sandwich I have ever had! It was huge!

Pub grub hit or miss

This place has surely come a long way... Back in the day, the businesses at this location were “only good for a few drinks” but they were seriously lacking when it came to the food quality and the menu. This has apparently now been totally transformed! There always was a nice parking lot with easy access and a large banquet room in the back for big groups. This room looks like it can hold around fifty people. Anyway, we were here at a banquet event. The food was very good and the event went well.Passing through the restaurant as we left, we found all the tables full and a dining room loaded with apparently happy people. They are doing something right and it shows.

I meet friends in this nice place often! This is my favorite place to dine. I visit this place at least once a month. The food is very good, the staff members are helpful and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy eating in this place for a tasty dinner.

I resisted going to this restaurant for many years simply because the decor is not my scene. It looks like a divey bar and its interior is no frills. It reminds me of a diner or traditional old Irish bar. Not a fan personally. However, when you focus on your food their chef is of excellent quality in several dishes. The sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had. The lunch is surprisingly of great size and quality. I enjoyed everything we ordered. I will go back for the food and friendly service. It seems a neighborhood staple. Go check it out!

I got the Delco cheesesteak. Once again I wish I took a picture of the menu. From memory, it had fried onions, green peppers, red peppers and habanero cheese. The roll, oh the roll. Very good roll I just wish it had sesame seeds on it. I saw a Liscio's roll box as I was leaving. The meat was very good and did not get lost in the peppers and habanero cheese. The meat seemed more ripped than chopped. The peppers and habanero cheese were everywhere and were great complementors and not dominators. This was a very well-made bar/restaurant cheesesteak. This is definitely a 1st date, impress the future in-laws and/or get out of the dog house cheesesteak.

The new menu after recovering from the Quarantine is delicious! Service was so nice, the atmosphere is incredible, outdoor seating was perfect. All the tables are far apart, the staff is using all protective gear, and everyone was in a generally good mood. What a nice first dinning experience after 3 months of being indoors.

Had an event in the back room. Great food and accommodations.

This is a small pub/restaurant but they have a second room that can be used for events. We used this room for a wedding shower and were very happy with the results. The staff was friendly and helpful especially our bartender Bryan. Everyone raved about the food. We were able to decorate and bring in our desserts. They also have a nice outside patio area if the weather cooperates. It was a lovely event and room. I highly recommend checking it out for your next event or just to grab a bite.

A decent place to grab some comfort food and a beer. For appetizers we had the Irish fries I believe with bacon cheese and ranch dressing, it was a big plate and they were good. We also had the Boom boom shrimp and the sauce was realy good.For entree I had a burguer with Jack Daniel sauce, I didn't expect the sauce to be sweet but it was a pleasant surprise. The burgers were cooked well. The onion rings are breaded with beer batter I believe and I didn't love them. All in all it was a good experience. I would probably be back sometime.

Friendly People and Staff. Karaoke outside dining for now on Thursdays due to Coronavirus - Starts around 3 or 4pm. Great Food and Drinks. Also take out food window.

I DJ there for a lot of different Party. The food is always very good never a bad meal and the service is excellent!. Kathy and her staff are great. I always recommend this place to anybody looking for banquet room to have a party at. Prices are very reasonable.

The place offers an awesome variety of fresh food. I loved eating here. Staff members are always welcoming, prices are convenient and the spot is always well organised.

The service is great and the staff ate friendly. Great place to unwind after work and have dinner. Host a function in the separate room in the back which also has a bar for convenience!
